About Us Established in 1990 PUKERO Engineering Oy specializes in overall deliveries of the pulp drying machine’s sheet cutter layboys, baling lines and bale dewiring lines. We also do modernizations and automatizations of the existing equipment and lines.
Intensive developing work of bale handling machinery and equipment is an essential part of our line of action. We find very important for ex. constant developing work of the operation reliability of the baling department’s automation and equipment, production monitoring system and producing of the wireless bales. We also concentrate on operation reliability of the sheet cutter layboy, good quality of the cross cutter’s and slitter’s cutting track, sheet cutter layboy’s low noise level and undustiness with 300 m/min pulp web speed. In order to be able to dewire all the wires from the bale before it goes to the pulper, we are continuously developing our bale dewiring line. For the purpose of the developing and testing work we have constructed different prototype devices. Latest prototype equipment is a new sheet cutter layboy which we will engineer during the year 2008.
Know-how in our company is based on 40-years long experience with the pulp drying machines, sheet cutter layboys and equipment of the baling and bale dewiring lines. First bale line devices were delivered in 1992 and first whole bale line was delivered in 2000.
First sheet cutter layboy modernization was done in 1992 and first new sheet cutter layboy was delivered in 2003. First bale dewiring line was delivered in 2003.
Since the year 1995 we have done different grade pulp drying machine modernizations, largest of which was renewal most of the wet end’s press section in 2006.
